Country Manager Member Firm

Each territory has ONE exclusive Country Manager Member Firm, licensed directly by E.M.B.O.A LLP (Wyoming). The Country Manager holds the master client contract, sources and recruits downstream Member Firms, provides template hire documentation, client engagement letters, and ensures all terms of the Master Member Firm Agreement are followed. The Country Manager retains 10% of downstream Sub-Licence Fees and passes 15% upstream to E.M.B.O.A LLP.

Member Firms (Downstream)

Up to 100 Member Firm spaces exist per territory. Member Firms are recruited by the Country Manager from Big 4 and Fortune 500 displaced professionals. They operate on a strict anti-employment, remote freelance contractor basis — no employment contract, no payroll, no office. Each Member Firm pays a 25% Sub-Licence Fee (5% Brand / 10% SaaS-AI / 10% Local Origination) and retains 75% of gross billings. Minimum billing rate: USD 150/hour.

Consultants

Member Firms bring on non-Big 4 professionals (and optionally Big 4 professionals) as independent consultants on contract hire basis. Consultants operate across 1 to 15 defined practice areas. The Country Manager provides standard contract hire documentation templates for all consultant engagements.

QA Triad Verifier — Mandatory Pre-Delivery

Every document, report, deliverable, or client communication MUST pass through the QA Triad Verifier before being handed to any client. No exceptions.

1. The Sceptic
Adversarial challenge of all claims, analytical pathways, and structural assumptions.
2. The Source Checker
Strict citation, calculation accuracy, and data verification against primary ground-truth sources.
3. The Standard Keeper
Formatting refinement, corporate tone alignment, analytical rigour, and aesthetic presentation quality.

Country Manager Obligations

◆ Source, recruit, and onboard downstream Member Firms within territory (up to 100 spaces).
◆ Provide template contract hire documentation for all consultant engagements.
◆ Issue client engagement letters and Statement of Work templates.
◆ Ensure all Member Firms comply with the Master Member Firm Agreement (E.M.B.O.A LLP, Wyoming).
◆ Hold the primary master contract with corporate clients (serving as a legal shield for downstream operators).
◆ Provide complete AI Infrastructure access to all downstream Member Firms.
◆ Assist each Member Firm in creating 1 dedicated Superagent per task (across the 14 key categories).
◆ Provide QA Triad Verifier access and enforce mandatory pre-delivery certification.
◆ Provide Years 1-2 tax, accounting, and compliance support to new Member Firms.
◆ Report Sub-Licence Fee receipts to E.M.B.O.A LLP and remit 15% upstream.

Become a Country Manager

Territory licences are exclusive. One Country Manager per territory. Exclusive licensing requires a USD 25,000 exclusivity fee. You will contribute a 15% Access Fee on gross billings (5% Brand / 7% Technology / 3% Origination). You retain 85% of your own billings and up to 10% of all downstream Sub-Licence revenue within your exclusive territory.
